- Safari (latest version on iOS/macOS)
🎤 Use a Reliable Microphone
- A USB mic or headset will usually work better than a built-in laptop mic
- On mobile, wired headphones or properly connected Bluetooth devices are ideal
- Make sure your microphone is not muted and is selected as the default input device
📱 Use a Compatible Device
Talkio AI works best on:
- Desktops/laptops with recent operating systems and at least 4 GB RAM
- iPhones running iOS 14+
- Android phones running Android 9+
You can also install Talkio as a web app from your browser’s menu for quicker access on mobile.
📡 Ensure a Stable Internet Connection
A fast, stable connection helps avoid delays in voice processing:
- Recommended: At least 1 Mbps upload/download
- Avoid switching networks during use (e.g., Wi-Fi to mobile data)
🔒 Allow Microphone Access
- In your browser, click the padlock icon next to the address bar
- Make sure microphone access is set to Allow
