Allow Microphone Access<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure your browser has permission to use your microphone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>padlock icon<\/strong> next to the browser\u2019s address bar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure microphone access is set to <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Mobile Devices (iPhone &amp; Android)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using Talkio on a phone or tablet and the microphone is not working, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">iPhone \/ iPad (iOS &amp; iPadOS)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check Safari permissions<\/strong><br>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Safari \u2192 Microphone<\/strong> and make sure it is set to <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If using Talkio as an installed app<\/strong> (Add to Home Screen)<br>Go to <strong>Settings \u2192 [Talkio App] \u2192 Microphone<\/strong> and allow access.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restart Safari or the app<\/strong><br>Close it completely and open it again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restart your device<\/strong> if the problem persists.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> iOS only allows microphone access in Safari or an installed web app. Other browsers may not work correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Android Phones &amp; Tablets<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Check Chrome permissions<\/strong><br>Open <strong>Settings \u2192 Apps \u2192 Chrome \u2192 Permissions \u2192 Microphone<\/strong> and make sure it\u2019s allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If using another browser<\/strong>, check that browser\u2019s microphone permission settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clear site permissions<\/strong><br>In Chrome, go to <strong>Settings \u2192 Site settings \u2192 Microphone<\/strong>, find <code>talkio.ai<\/code>, and set it to <strong>Allow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restart your browser or app<\/strong><br>Close it completely and reopen it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restart your device<\/strong> if the problem persists.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> On some Android devices, battery optimization can interfere with microphone use.
